Eat Healthy and Maintain a Proper Lifestyle to Avoid Adrenal Fatigue

There are times when we feel so tired and depleted that even after taking a long rest, we feel exhausted and can barely stand. This type of condition is known as Adrenal Fatigue syndrome.
